> Brave running by all on a hot, humid day on one of the toughest courses in the state.

STAGE RACES 

> Our kids ran great against some of the best XC programs in the state.  

> We proved we belong with the best.

> Women placed 1st.  Guys placed 7th.  

> We did not set our team rosters up by stage to try to win.  Odd sport huh?

> Our goals for this season are longer term.  Be good early.  Be GREAT late.

TIME TRIAL RECAP!
 

Our time trial was a huge success.   West athletes ran great. The team had excellent parent support.

 

Great to see our alumni who came to watch and race.
