This varsity squad and our seniors deserved a team victory this season.  Well done men.

All region foes were present except South Forsyth.   We should be feeling good about state qualification.

Get mentally preparred to run fast this Saturday up in Charlotte.   Do the small stuff right this week.

We can win Region in both Varsity and JV if you will commit to your team for one more month and make good decisions.

Wouldn't want to coach any other team.  You guys are the best bunch of knuckle-heads a coach could ask for.
