STAGE RACES TOP 10 vs track
> Interesting to see how we stacked up against the competition in terms of track 2014 personal best times.
> In most cases, our athletes ran with and beat athletes who were faster on the track.
> Our team is a good strength team. We should fare EVEN BETTER @ 5K vs. the fast track athletes when races are long & hilly.
> Given our training plan, which is still focused on strength, not speed, it is encouraging to see where we are early in the season.
