2nd place varsity finish on a day when we didn't run our best is a nice result. JV girls 4th. Proud of the effort!
Good learning experience by all in how to run in championship quality meets on a difficult course.
Learning to handle discomfort in practice is key to performing in races. Running is both a physical and mental sport.
Our team can accomplish our goals if, and only if, this group of ladies finds the courage to love your team above your self.
Trust that our training plan is designed to make you fast at the end of the season. For now, work on getting stronger.
