Time to start back running. Returning athletes from WFHS track should run 5 days and mileage approx. 50% of average mileage during track. Ideally, Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat. Easy running.
Brand new runners and freshmen should run 4 days. Target 20 minutes of running. Run walk if necessary. Ideally Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat

First week of organized practice.
Please try to attend as many practices this week as possible. This is when we do our initial teaching and introduction of new team members to the squad and to the "West way". Bring a friend.
