POST RACE OBSERVATIONS

> The course is short.  About :25 to :30.  Mile 1 was :12-:18 short.

> Our teams got humbled.   We were flying high and just went splat.

> In general, we were not aggressive enough and in position early.

> Good improvement vs '22 but not vs '23 to date.

> Foggy and cool early.  Warm and humid for JV

> Hopefully after coming off break, we will turn the corner.

> Sleep more.  Eat smart.  Do core / mobility at home.  Play fewer games.
