THE SCOOP

 

The 2021 track season features 7 home regular season contests and 9 total home meets as we host the Forsyth Country Championships, the Region 5 7A Championships and one of 2 Area qualifying meets for the 7A state meet in Rome, GA.

​

All athletes, whether varsity or JV, will have plenty of chances to compete.

3 athletes per individual event and one relay team of 4 athletes in 4X100M, 4X400M and new for this year 4X800M will participate in the Region meet and have an opportunity to qualify the the area meet.   The top 16 athletes and relays from all the region qualifiers participate in the area meet.  The top 8 in the area meet move on to state.
