Not sure why 8 laps frightens athletes who race 5K in XC but it does.

Lose that fear, and attack this race if you wish to be a good XC runner.  Nothing better predicts XC success.

Be prepared.  In track 2024, most will get a shot to run the 3200M at some time during the season.

If you aspire to be a varsity cross country runner, running a 3200M race is a must do.

Diego, Hanniel, Savannah and Tess all run top 10 all time performances.

Diego 7th, Savannah 9th at state!

Girl's top 5 average of 11:58 ranks top 10 all class.  2nd best in school history.

Guy's 10:00 top 5 average for returners ranks #2 in 7A.
