Track / CrossCountry Booster Club
The 3,200M club. You need to be a solid 3,200M track performer if you aspire to be good at cross country.
Girls road to state is very doable. Area will be tougher than the sectional.
Guys region is tough with 4 of the 13 guys at state in our region. 14 of the top 19 state XC guys in our sectional!
You need to aspire to run sub 10:00 guys and sub 12:00 girls to be a high quality 3200M runner.
Best 3200M runners are often on the podium in state in XC the following year.
