It might be easier to qualify for state out of sectionals than to get out of our region for the guys.
Girl's path to state looks pretty tough for the girls. 8th fastest girl from our sectional was 16th at state XC.
Top lists are usually very top heavy with rising seniors, but there is a nice mix of underclass contenders this year
You need to aspire to run sub 10:00 guys and sub 12:00 girls to be a high quality 3200M runner.
Best 3200M runners are often on the podium in state in XC the following year.
