.... that sleep, proper hydration and nutrition are just as important to training as running.
We will strive for at least 8 hours of consistent sleep a night, we will drink plenty of water and eat regular, consistent, healthy meals that include protein, vegetables and foods that held build stores of calcium and iron.
To avoid injury and to perform at your best, it is imperative that you sleep enough and eat the right foods at the right time.
