We will strive for at least 8 hours of consistent sleep a night, we will drink plenty of water and eat regular, consistent, healthy meals that include protein, vegetables and foods that held build stores of calcium+vitamin D and iron+vitamin C.
We will eat a protein+carb snack within 45 minutes after all hard workouts and long runs.
To avoid injury and to perform at your best, it is imperative that you sleep enough and eat the right foods at the right time.
