> If you are going to be on our team, you MUST have as a goal to "be the best runner I can be".   This sport is too demanding to just be a resume builder or a place to hang out with friends.   If you don't want to be a better runner, find something else to poor your heart and efforts into.

> To become a better runner you must:   have a positive attitude, come to practice consistently and follow the plan , communicate with your coaches and do the right things in the 22 hours a day when you are not at practice.   To get faster and stay healthy you must... prioritize sleep, eat a healthy diet rich in nutrients with special focus on vegetables, iron rich foods and calcium/vitamin D to support the needs of your growing body and the stress of running.
