WOLVERINES​​

> It was a very hot, humid afternoon.   We raced after a long school day.   Times reflect that.

> In spite of all that, 3 girls ran their fastest XC 5K every.  Riona, Lillyan & Ashley.   That's cool.

> Each of you needs to aspire to live up to your chosen adjective.  We all need to work on being descriptors we have chosen, at practice, at school and at home.   Our goal?  Be a better person.

> Faster times will come.   Work hard together.   Make good choices.   

> Trust our training plan that has produced 7 straight years with a state finish of 6th or better.
