> Parker's :38 improvement over MM20 is 12% better.  Top improvement for the team.

> Tess Krogman for the win for girls.  Her 5:44 is 4th fastest all time for freshmen girls @ Mile Madness.

> 15 out of 25 Wolverines ran faster than MM20.

> 11 athletes ran faster than their best 1600M race in track last year.  Pretty stout off 5K training.

> 46 runners ran faster than their projected time off of this season's 5K pr.  This means you are ready to PR!

> These improvements will continue into track 2020 and XC 2021 if we will commit to consistent Winter running!
