WOLVERINES​​

> Lambert took us to the woodshed.  If you don't know what that means, ask your folks.

> We had a few solid performances.   Especially proud of our freshmen guys who fought hard.

> How does this team get better?  Each guy needs to believe that bringing their best effort and attitude to practice every day is the secret to success.  If each of you are committed to pull together and do your best, good things will happen.   Each wave builds upon the next to become more powerful.

> Our training methodology has produced back to back podium teams at the state meet.  Only 2 other schools in 7A can say that.   One is Lambert.    

> Be confident.   Lift up your brothers with your spirit and your effort.

> Good times (and fast ones) are yet to come.
