2025 CPP TT  WOMEN

> Great job of race prep.  Made it to the start on time.   Good vibes and positive words in the air.

> As a team, we did great.  Top 5 and 14 considerably faster than prior year's TT results.

 

> Running a negative split isn't easy.  Some got it.  Some not so much.  

> Key take away is a need to reign in effort early to have something left for the end.

> So many of you ran faster than TT on the same course last year.  Smile about that!  You earned it.

> Ladies.  Prioritize sleep.  Start eating like an athlete.  3 good meals and snacks.

> Protein.   Carbs.  Iron rich foods + vitamin C.   Calcium rich foods + vitamin D.

> Vitamin D is very helpful for bone health, boosting immune system and mental health.

> Drink not only water but fluids with sodium, potassium and magnesium.  Have headaches?  This could be your cure!

> We are ready for next week.  Keep supporting each other and the race will be a blast.
