How did you do with pre race nutrition and hydration?  What changes should you make?

What were your splits like?  Out too fast?  Out too slow?  Just right?  What will you do differently next Saturday?

How'd you do versus last year?  Did you max out your summer training?  Do as much extra core as you should?

> Keys to a good season is staying healthy

Eat.  Eat tons.  Eat foods with iron.  Eat enough protein.  Glass of milk before bed?

Sleep at least 8 hours.  Be organized with school work so you on top of things, not stressed in in bed.

Vitamin D is a useful supplement for everyone. Good for bone health, boosts immune system, improves mental health

Drink not only water but fluids with sodium, potassium and magnesium.  Have headaches?  This could be your cure!
