2024 CPP TT  WOMEN

> Great job of race prep.  Made it to the start on time.   No obvious panic.

> As a team, we did great.  Top 5 and 14 considerably faster than prior year's TT results.

 

> How's you do?   Vs last year?  Vs 24 track?   Vs middle school?

> Check out your splits.   Compare how you felt and effort with what the clock said.  Adjustments?

> Plan was to go out controlled and "negative split" or run faster the 2nd mile.  How did that go?

 

> Keep smiling when it gets hard.  Turns your nervous energy into positive vibes and lifts the team.

> Ladies.  Prioritize sleep.  Start eating like an athlete.  3 good meals and snacks.

> Protein.   Carbs.  Iron rich foods + vitamin C.   Calcium rich foods + vitamin D.

> WE will arrive at our 1st meet Saturday WAY MORE prepared than most of the other teams.

> How will we judge the first meet next week?   By how well you love and support each other!
