> Great start to the season. We all made it to the starting line in uniform and gave a solid effort.
> As a team our top 5 & 14 much faster than prior years on the same course.
> Goal was appropriate first mile & faster mile #2. How'd that go? Some guys out a bit fast.
> What will you do better? Pre game prep? Pre game nutrition? Mental approach?
> Younger guys. Notice how guys who ran same TT time in 23'/22' ran at the end of the year.
> What WE shall become this year, as a team is up to each of you. 22 hours away from practice is key.
> Great teams sleep tons. Great athletes eat like athletes, not like children. Your choice.
> We will judge 1st meet by this criteria. Is each guy more focused on WE than ME?
