> Ladies, you just had bad luck with the sun and heat.  Guys got clouds.  You got the broiler.

> Running fast when it is that hot just isn't something you can do unless you train in the heat for weeks

> Some of you didn't enjoy the race, thought you couldn't finish, but you did.  WE DO HARD THINGS>

> 3rd place for varsity and JV is a nice result.

> PRs just weren't happening except for a couple of girls & even they were suffering.

> I'm not going to tell you our remaining races won't hurt, because they will, but they likely won't be worse.
