> Our race execution was excellent and paid off in team wins in Varsity, JV and Open.

> Appropriately aggressive mile 1, moving forward late.  Varsity 85 pts mile 1, 38 @ finish. 

> JV 75 points mile 1 to 28 at the finish.  Beat Milton on a 6th man tie breaker.

> 9 guys ran faster last mile than their average pace for the whole 5k.  Negative splits are rare.

> Diego with his first varsity XC win.  Hanniel with his 1st JV win.  Walter almost pulls off the triple. 

> It is time to bring your best for region. 

> Our expectation for region is to compete.  You are racing 5 other teams, not the stopwatch.
