> Girl's headed to state for the 4th year in a row. Our girls have participated in state 7 years of of the 1st 10 years in school history.
> Our 26 letters this year was the most in school history. 60% lettered! Making letter time is a great goal and can be achieved with hard work.
> JV girls 2nd and miss first by 2 points! Open girls also 2nd in the team score! Super proud of your team effort.
> Katie Jordan ran her way into a Varsity spot for state. Long way back from an early season injury.
> Some many seasonal bests and lifetime PRs at area. Work hard, trust the plan and a little cool weather does wonders.
> The coach's really hope that every girl adopts running as a forever fitness activity. Great for your body. Great for you mind.
> Shout out to Liz, Julie, Addison and Hadley our 4 seniors who ran all 4 years in high school. I hope our 12 9th graders all run for 4 years and make lots of memories and build lifetime friendships along the way.
> To our 35 under class women. We want you ALL back next year. Let's be year round runners and work on our fitness to avoid injuries
> To the "blue crew". Podium at state next year WILL HAPPEN if you maintain this year's team vibe, do the work and stay healthy. EARN IT!
