THINGS TO WORK ON

> Our varsity girls still have way more stress than is ideal.   Smile ladies!  Racing is the fun part.

> This week's course is flat and fast.  You can go out as fast or faster than you tried at Double Dip and hang on better to run really fast.

> 17 ladies have earned Varsity lettering time so far.  How many more will be added to the list on Saturday?
