> We ran a litte flat emotionally coming off of Mile Madness.
> Great experience running against the best teams in the state.
> 9 PRs on a tough course. Most of those guys are just now getting in shape and learning how to race 5K
> Run of the day to Charles Mason. Stepped up to be our #5 scoring varsity guy for the first time.
THINGS TO WORK ON FOR SATURDAY
> Be body aware at the start. We don't want any athletes on the ground at the start.
> Make sure you run on the sides of the course and not in the softer gravel in the center of the path.
> Every SINGLE PLACE MATTERS! Varsity, JV and Open. Lets compete men!
> Last chance for most until next year. #MAKEITCOUNT!
