> Still need the 3-7 pack to tighten up more on Matt. Matt needs to figure out how to start a cross country race.
> Lots of folks feeling a little under the weather. Glad yall are getting that out of your system early in the season.
> Train with your group. Eat right. Hydrate. Sleep a bunch. Work hard in the weight room. Every single day is a chance to get better.
> Listen to your body and train smart. Healty and slightly untertrained is better than sick and broken.
